  2. Can I receive an invoice?

    Yes, once you place an order, you will automatically receive the invoice in your email. Additionally, you can download the invoice from your account dashboard. If you need assistance or cannot find the invoice, feel free to contact our customer service. We are here to help.

  3. Can I receive an invoice without VAT?

    Sole traders and companies outside the Netherlands can receive an invoice without VAT if you have a valid and verifiable tax number. Please create an account as a business customer with your company number for verification. For more information on procedures, please contact customer service via the website.

  4. Can I, as a company or organisation, order on account?

    As a business customer, you have the option of ordering on account. Please register as a business customer with your VAT number and select the manual transfer option at the check-out. Then send us an e-mail with your order number, and we will process the order for you.
