1. Can I choose a different color refill?

   The pen comes standard with a specific refill, and the corresponding color is indicated in the product specifications. If you wish to have a different color refill, you can order it separately under the "Accessories" section -> "Refills."

5. My refill is not coming out of my ballpoint pen, what should I do?

   If the pen's tip has likely been dropped, it may have caused the opening to lose its round shape, causing the refill to get stuck. You can try to reshape the opening by removing the refill and inserting it upside down into the opening, then making a rotating motion.

6. My fountain pen doesn't work properly. What can I do?

   With little use, the ink may have dried up in the ink channels. As a result, there is no ink supply or the pen actually starts to leak. A fountain pen needs maintenance, it is easily remedied with the instruction below;

   Rinse the front part with cold water, starting at the filling connection. Rinse until clear water comes out. Then soak overnight in a glass of cold water.

   Rinse well with cold water and blow through to prevent scale from forming.

   Allow to dry* then insert a refill and start writing.

   If necessary, repeat the instructions. Then the problem should be solved. Recommended once every 3 months. A clean pen writes best.

   Should you not use the fountain pen daily, store it in a vertical position with the tip facing up. This will prevent ink from drying into the channels.

   *Tip: It is best to let it dry in a glass with a tissue or kitchen roll at the bottom.
