Shipping & Returning



Orders are shipped by Deutsche Post Warenpost. All orders above €100 will be shipped for free. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, in most cases, you will receive a note in your mailbox with instructions on how to proceed. It is also possible for the order to be sent by post. In that case, it is not necessary to stay at home for it.


Shipping time

This applies to all orders: if in stock, and ordered before 1 pm, orders will be shipped on the same working day. We will ship the pen on the same working day, even if you want us to engrave it. Did you make an order after 3 pm or on a weekend? Then, we will ship it the next working day. Please understand that this depends on the carrier. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the delivery time 100 per cent.







If you are not satisfied with the pen you have ordered, you have the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days after your purchase. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product. After reporting the return, as a consumer, you have another 14 days to return the goods. If you have placed an order on our website as a consumer, you can return the purchase within 14 days of receipt.

How can I return the goods?

If you want to return specific products, please notify us by e-mail. You can do this by using the standard returns form. We will then confirm via e-mail. It is also possible to return a product without notification. However, you must enclose a statement to indicate that it is a return. For items that are returned damaged within the trial period, we are obliged to make a deduction in value.


Returns not possible for personalised products

Articles that are personalised, such as engraved pens, cannot be exchanged or returned. This is only possible if Penshop BV Europe has made an error in processing the order.


Costs of returns

The costs of return shipment are your responsibility unless there was an error in processing the order by Penshop BV Europe. In addition, the items must be correctly packaged and post-paid. You should use conventional, reliable carriers for returns.
