Warranty and service



If a product bought from us gets damaged, you can return it to us. The warranty period of the brand applies to all articles bought from our webshop. These guarantees apply without prejudice to the legal guarantee. The statutory guarantee refers to the period during which the consumer may reasonably expect the product to function.

These are the guarantee periods for the various brands:


  • Parker: 2 years
  • Waterman: 3 years
  • Cross: lifetime
  • Sheaffer: 2 years
  • Diplomat: 2 years
  • Lamy: 3 years


Damage that falls outside the warranty is:


  • Moisture or water damage
  • Damage resulting from improper use
  • Wear and tear due to daily use
  • Adapted products


If you wish to return a product, please send it to the address below. Please include the enclosed packing slip.

The costs for returning a defective product will be charged to Penshop.



Of course, we aim for every customer to be satisfied. Should you have a complaint, we are at your service. Complaints about the fulfilment of an order should be made within a reasonable time, in full and clearly described. You can submit your complaint in writing via info@unitedpenshop.co.uk. You will then receive a decision on the submitted complaint within seven days.
