Ordering

Ordering from Penshop is simple. The ordering process is as follows:

Selecting the desired writing instrument

First, choose which pen you want to order. By using the filter selections on the left-hand side you can filter by pen brand, writing style, colour or price range.

The best font and engraving position

Once you have selected the ideal writing instrument, determine the font and the engraving position for your message. Is it a left-handed or right-handed pen? Penshop will make sure the engraving is visible in either case.

Choose the engraving

Next, indicate what kind of engraving you would like on the pen. This could be a name, company slogan or personal text. You can choose from 4 fonts to make the engraving even more personal. Next, a visualisation of the engraving is shown. When you are satisfied, add the pen and the engraving to your shopping cart.

Enter the details and send the order

After you have finished shopping, enter your name and address and you will be directed to the payment page. After receiving your payment, we will immediately start the process of shipping your engraved pen, and send it as soon as possible. If in stock, and ordered before 1 pm, our pens are dispatched the same day after receipt of payment.
